Information is used to provide account access, personalize storyboards, manage bookings, payments, galleries, frame orders and support. Service providers may include Nakama Payment, the Nakama booking system, Billplz, OpenAI and the original TikTok or Instagram platform. Original source videos are not re-uploaded by Nakama.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while an account is active. Gallery links normally expire within 30 days. Users may delete their account in the app or request deletion through this website. Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention or booking records may be retained only where legally required or necessary for legitimate accounting obligations.
Security and contact
We use reasonable safeguards and secure mobile token storage. Nakama Media is intended for business users and not directed to children under 13. Privacy enquiries may be sent through the app or the contact link below.
